Blackhole Survivors

In Blackhole Survivors, you can compete with other players on who is going to survive from the gravity of black hole and find out who is the fastest to power their jump drive and escape. You can sabotage other player's attempt at surviving by using weapons and mines.

Collect rare crystals to power your weapons and jump drive.

Collect fuel blobs to be able use your thrusters.

Up to 8 players can join same match.

When creating or joining match, please choose region closest to you to get best experience.

Controls:

• W - forward
• S - backward
• A - rotate left
• D - rotate right
• F - activate jump drive
• Mouse 1 - Shoot
• Mouse 2 - Deploy mine/bomb
• MWheel Up - Zoom in
• MWheel Down - Zoom out

Note:

I had to submit the game 3 days in advance as I'm not able to continue working on this until after 1-2 weeks. I didn't have time to fix all bugs for the game jam submission, but the game is playable.

Known bugs:

• The serverlist can show match that has already started, but you cannot join them. (These matches should no longer show in the list)
• Sometimes the mines/bombs start rubberbanding, likely due to some bug in code
• Disconnecting from a lobby before game has started will still show you in the lobby and others won't be able to start game if you didn't press ready. (In this case just create new lobby and make sure no one leaves the game during ready up. Empty lobbies will be cleared automatically after 30 seconds)
